Welcome to TahirX Digital. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope & Deliverables
TahirX Digital provides premium digital services including:
- Web Design & Development: Custom website design, responsive coding, hosting setup
- Social Media Management: Content creation, posting schedules, community engagement
- Digital Strategy: SEO optimization, Google Business setup, AI discoverability
- Maintenance & Support: Hosting, security updates, technical support
Specific deliverables are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.
2. Project Timeline
Standard timelines:
- Starter Package: 7-14 days from deposit and content approval
- Professional Package: 3-4 weeks from project kickoff
- Enterprise Package: 4-8 weeks depending on complexity
Timelines may vary based on client responsiveness and content availability. Delays caused by client-side issues do not affect payment terms.
3. Payment Terms
Our payment structure ensures mutual commitment:
- 50% Deposit: Required before project commencement
- 50% Final Payment: Due before website launch or final asset delivery
- Monthly Retainers: Paid in advance on the 1st of each month (social media & maintenance packages)
We accept bank transfer (BML), cash, and international payments via PayPal/Wise. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Revisions & Changes
Each package includes:
- Starter: 2 rounds of revisions
- Professional: 3 rounds of revisions
- Enterprise: Unlimited revisions during development phase
Major scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur additional fees, quoted separately.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment:
- Clients own all custom designs, content, and code created specifically for their project
- Clients receive source files and full administrative access
- TahirX Digital retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials
Pre-existing assets: Stock photos, icons, fonts, and third-party plugins remain subject to their original licenses.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients must:
- Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and content within agreed timelines
- Respond to project communications within 3 business days
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Maintain legal compliance for all content provided (copyright, trademarks, licensing)
7. Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting is included in our packages for the specified duration (typically 1 year). After the initial period:
- Clients may renew hosting through TahirX Digital at market rates
- Clients may transfer hosting to their own provider (we provide full assistance)
- Failure to renew or transfer may result in website takedown after 30 days notice
8. Warranties & Limitations
We guarantee:
- Professional, industry-standard work quality
- Mobile-responsive, fast-loading websites
- Basic SEO optimization and Google indexing
- 30 days post-launch bug fixes (for technical errors only)
We are not liable for:
- Third-party service failures (hosting downtime, payment gateway issues)
- Google algorithm changes affecting rankings
- Loss of business revenue or opportunities
- Content provided by the client that violates laws or third-party rights
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential. This includes pricing, strategies, and proprietary data shared during the project.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice:
- By Client: Deposit is non-refundable. Client receives all work completed to date.
- By TahirX Digital: In case of non-payment, abusive behavior, or illegal requests. Deposit is refunded minus work completed.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Maldivian law in Malé courts.
12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Existing clients are governed by the terms active at project commencement. New terms apply to future projects.
